Joao Alberto Mazoni Andrade is the Managing Director of Localiza Fleet Solutions the largest Fleet Leasing / Management company in Brazil. He is responsible for overall operations and sales. Joao previously held positions as Sales Director and Operations Director at Localiza Fleet Solutions. Before joining Localiza Group, Joao had a leading position at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he was responsible for several projects in the automotive industry. Joao holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and attended an Executive Education program at Kellogg Graduate School.

Caroline started her career in the automotive fleet sector in 1996. Alvaro Martinez was born in Madrid. He joined the automotive industry in 1999 and has since worked in various positions in Network management, Marketing and Fleet. In 2015 he joined ALD International as Regional Sales Manager for the Mediterranean & Latin American regions. As part of his responsibilities, Alvaro is focusing on LATAM by approaching Regional Fleet Managers with a view to analyzing how ALD can best provide regional-level solutions.

Ivor Johnson

Ivor has over 25 years of fleet experience both as a buyer, consultant and supplier of fleet services . He started his Fleet career at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), where he created a shared service for the UK businesses before being appointed as their Europe Fleet Manager tasked with creating a Pan European solution. He left BMS to set up the UK arm of Fleet Logistics. He then diverted his attention to the supply side helping Leasedrive (Now Zenith) develop their fleet management business as General Manager before taking the role of Operations Director. Which lead up to his current role at Pfizer as Regional Fleet Director, EMEA and more recently Director of Pfizer’s Captive Leasing Operation.


John Dmochowsky

John Dmochowsky, CAFM, MBA, is senior global sales fleet manager for Mondelez International, a company created in 2012 when Kraft Foods split into two companies. With an engineering background and a wide experience in various industries he has always been linked with innovation and technology.
